I looked up and  realized the video store clerk, awkward and shy only a moment before had suddenly started moving in slow motion, soft lit with with an unreal breeze moving over her like an 80’s hair band video. Suddenly the blackened grime on my world view windshield had clear spot thumbed over this one person. Sometimes a moment is all you need.
